Why do people insist on Micro-managing? If you want something done a certain way just do it your god damn self, don;t impose your ways on other people. I believe that would be called preaching and believe me, it's neither wanted or needed. I didn't get to where I am with any help from any one so I don't need them telling me what or how to do things now.
